My name is Sloane, and for my Mitzvah Project I decided to partner with the Simchat Torah Project ~ Dancing Through Tears ~ to commemorate the life of Ilay Nachman, who was murdered at the Nova Festival on October 7, 2023. 

Ilay’s name will be memorialized on the RSNS High Holiday Torah Mantel, with a special Torah Cover (Me’ilim) for our Holocaust Torah.
